a) Information You Provide to Us

Quote and enquiry requests: When you submit our “Request a Free Quote” form or contact form, we collect details such as first and last name, work email, phone number and country code, company name, service type (e.g., FBA Prep, eCommerce Fulfillment, Carton Forwarding, Partnership Inquiry, Air/Sea Transportation), and shipment details including monthly unit/order volume, number of pallets, cartons in/out, SKU/ASIN count, dimensions, city of departure and delivery, Incoterms, and gross weight.
Account and shipment data: If you become a client, we collect business registration details, billing and payment information, shipping addresses, customs and documentation details, and shipment tracking information.
WMS portal access: If you use our Warehouse Management System (via app.extensiv.com or related login), we collect login credentials and account activity related to your inventory, orders, and warehouse operations.
Mobile app data: If you download and use the USI Ship app (Android/iOS), we may collect account login details, shipment tracking requests, push notification tokens, and device information necessary to provide app functionality.
Communications: Records of calls, emails (e.g., to sales.usi@usiship.com), WhatsApp messages, and support correspondence.
