  • Account and shipment data: If you become a client, we collect business registration details, billing and payment information, shipping addresses, customs and documentation details, and shipment tracking information.
  • WMS portal access: If you use our Warehouse Management System (via app.extensiv.com or related login), we collect login credentials and account activity related to your inventory, orders, and warehouse operations.
  • Mobile app data: If you download and use the USI Ship app (Android/iOS), we may collect account login details, shipment tracking requests, push notification tokens, and device information necessary to provide app functionality.
