Barcoding and Tracking

- Order Processing: Orders are electronically received by our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) as early as 5:00 AM. These orders are then seamlessly transitioned to our outbound department, where pick tickets are generated for further processing.
- Pick and Pack: Our experienced pickers retrieve the required items from designated locations, while our processors meticulously handle labelling and packaging at our state-of-the-art processing stations. This ensures accurate and secure packaging, ready for shipment.
- Same-Day Shipping: We understand the importance of meeting our clients’ time requirements. With same-day shipping as the norm, we ensure that your orders are dispatched promptly, adhering to your Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and exceeding customer expectations.
